MySupport is Merck’s patient support programme that is available to you as long as you are on Saizen® (somatropin) treatment.
MySupport in the UK
- For all clinical related queries, please contact your Endocrinology clinical team
- For device queries please look at the FAQ section of this website and the device videos, most queries will be answered here.

- If you have any queries about your Saizen® deliveries via Homecare or need to order ancillary supplies such as sharps bins, serofine needles, cool bags, and lithium batteries please contact your Homecare Provider, see contact details below. If you are unsure about who your homecare provider is, please contact your Clinical Endocrinology team who will be able to advise you. You can also visit the ancillary website to order resources.

- If you need to order ancillary supplies such as sharps bins, serofine needles, cool bags, and lithium batteries for your easypod® device use the online portal. You can also use this additional service to arrange collection of your full sharps bin.
- To access the ancillary portal, scan the QR code with your phone camera or QR reader app or click on Saizen® Ancillary Stock Order Form
